- 14:00: Edo Queens (Nigeria) vs. TP Mazembe (DR Congo) - Larbi Zaouli Stadium, Casablanca
- 17:00: ASFAR (Morocco) vs. FC Masar (Egypt) – M’Hamed El Abdi Stadium, El Jadida

- TP Mazembe (DR Congo): The Congolese side made history by reaching the semifinals for the first time, showcasing resilience and tactical strength throughout the group stage.
- Edo Queens (Nigeria): Displaying flair and determination, the Nigerian side emerged as a fan favorite with thrilling matches and key victory against reigning Champions Mamelodi Sundowns that earned them a semifinal spot.
- FC Masar (Egypt): A surprise package this year, the Egyptian side advanced with a solid team structure and standout individual performances, proving their mettle among Africa’s elite.
