The countdown has officially begun. With just days to go until kick-off, the ten participating nations in the inaugural CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) for Futsal have unveiled their provisional squad lists.

From 22 to 30 April, the continent’s top futsal talents will gather at the Moulay Abdellah Sports Complex in Rabat, Morocco, to write a new chapter in African women’s futsal history.

The two finalists of this landmark tournament in Rabat will earn direct qualification to the global event — a historic opportunity that every team is dreaming of.

This edition of the Women’s Futsal AFCON is expected to set the tone for the development of the women’s game in Africa, with widespread anticipation and growing visibility surrounding the tournament.
